OTP Software, Inc., a member of the OTP Group, develops, implements and administers packaged ERP, CRM, and E-commerce applications. As an Oracle Business Alliance Partner, OTP Software's core competencies include Oracle Applications implementations, upgrades and post "go live" support.


We have significant experience in both the private and public sector (including encumbrance accounting and
CMAS certification with the State of California). OTP Software's staff includes project managers, functional and technical track leads, DBA's, programmer/analysts and system administrators. OTP utilizes Oracle-endorsed methodologies (including AIM, CDM, EMM, Fast Forward, and other rapid methods) and has Oracle consultants who have experience in Oracle applications since Release 2.

OTP has eight internal employees at its Santa Clara office to support its 120+ consultants, to ensure professional business management, and to provide an efficient and responsive interface to OTP customers. We offer the services of our consultants to fill customers’ needs as they may arise due to specialized expertise requirements, increased work loads, or resource shortages. OTP also takes total project responsibility from planning to completion for major projects. In these cases, OTP will integrate our customers and OTP resources for optimal results.

Consulting resources are primarily located in CA, OR, CO, and NY. While selected client sites are throughout the 48 States and abroad, the majority of our business is California based (San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles).
